Advertising with Larry Elder
When Larry Elder isn’t just a radio host, he’s also an attorney. James Bergener was a recurring guest on the show’s Larry on the Law segment. James and Larry would discuss legal issues and Larry especially took advantage of James Bergener’s vast experience in issues of accidents and personal injury.
Appearing on long form segments was especially helpful for Bergener Mirejovsky to practical advice to people who had been in accidents. Whether it convinced accident victims to hire an attorney or gave them the knowledge they needed to better handle their own case, it was a great way to reach radio listeners and increase their personal injury knowledge.
Bergener Mirejovsky advertised Larry Elder, “The Sage of South Central,” during much of his time on the air with 790 AM KABC. The station parted ways with Elder in 2014. He immediately started his podcast.
Since removing Larry Elder from the lineup, KABC also dumped other political programs such as Brian Suits and Mark Levin in an effort to rebrand itself away from the political talk realm.
